We inventory extensions, customisations, integrations and traffic, then tell you honestly what is worth carrying across and what should be retired.
Magento & Adobe Commerce
Magento 2 and Adobe Commerce stores for retailers, wholesalers and B2B businesses in Thailand — built by a Bangkok team that also handles the ERP integration, the Thai payment methods and the migration off Magento 1.

Before you commit
We would rather talk you out of Magento than sell you an engine you will never use. It earns its keep when at least one of these is true.
Large catalogues with variants, multiple price lists and layered navigation that stays fast as it grows.
Company accounts, customer-group pricing, quantity breaks, quotes and credit terms in the same store.
An ERP, POS or WMS that must hold stock, pricing and orders in step with the storefront.
Several brands, regions or languages run from a single Magento admin.
In those cases we would usually suggest Shopify or WooCommerce.
What we build
Themes, modules and storefronts written to your brand and business rules — not a licensed template with your logo dropped in.
Progressive Web App front ends for app-like speed on the mid-range Android phones most Thai shoppers actually use.
Company accounts, tiered and contract pricing, restricted catalogues, quote requests and per-account permissions.
Products, customers, orders and content moved with URLs and redirects preserved, so hard-won rankings survive the move.
Full-page cache, Varnish, Elasticsearch, image and JS discipline — for stores that got slow as the catalogue grew.
Security patches, version upgrades and monitored hosting, so the store does not quietly drift out of date.
Built for Thailand
A Magento store built for a card-first market will quietly lose orders here. These are treated as requirements on our projects, not as extras discovered late.
2C2P, K-Bank, PaySolution and card instalment plans wired into Magento checkout.
QR payment and bank transfer with confirmation flows, because a large share of buyers still pay this way.
LINE as an account method and an order-update channel — where Thai customers actually read messages.
Captured at checkout with company name, tax ID and branch, instead of chased by email afterwards.
Kerry, Flash, J&T and Thailand Post rate and tracking integrations, plus cash on delivery.
Two languages from one admin, with native copy rather than machine translation.
Overselling, stale prices and orders retyped by hand are integration problems, not ecommerce problems. We connect Magento to the system that already runs your business and agree, field by field, what syncs and in which direction.
Magento 1 → Magento 2
Magento 1 has been unsupported since June 2020 — no security patches, and a PCI compliance problem. The risky part of moving is not the data; it is the URLs. Here is the sequence we follow.
We inventory extensions, customisations, integrations and traffic, then tell you honestly what is worth carrying across and what should be retired.
A page-by-page URL map is written before any code moves. This is the step that decides whether you keep your rankings.
Theme and modules rebuilt on Magento 2 — a migration is not a copy, and Magento 1 extensions do not simply carry over.
Products, categories, customers, order history and CMS content moved and reconciled against the source.
Checkout, payments, tax, shipping, integrations and the redirect map, all verified on staging with real data.
Go live, then monitor crawl errors, rankings and conversion closely for the weeks that follow.

Magento FAQ
A Magento build sits above a starter ecommerce site because the platform is heavier and the requirements usually are too. Custom design, back-office integration or B2B pricing rules generally start from ฿150,000–300,000 and rise with scope. We quote against a written scope so you can compare it properly with any other agency.
Shopify if you want to trade quickly with a straightforward catalogue and would rather not maintain infrastructure. Magento if you have thousands of SKUs, B2B pricing rules, several storefronts, or an ERP that must stay in sync. We build on both and will say plainly if Shopify is the better fit for you.
Yes, and it is one of the more common reasons people call us. Magento 1 has been unsupported since June 2020, which means no security patches. We move products, customers, orders and content, rebuild the theme and extensions on Magento 2, and preserve URLs with a redirect map so search rankings survive.
No. Magento 1 reached end of life in June 2020 and no longer receives official security patches, which is also a problem for PCI compliance. If you are still on Magento 1, migration should be treated as urgent rather than optional.
Magento Open Source is free to licence and covers most requirements. Adobe Commerce is the paid edition, adding B2B modules, advanced merchandising and Adobe support. We work with both and will tell you when the licence cost is genuinely justified rather than assuming it is.
Yes. We integrate Magento with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, MS Navision, Sage and Salesforce, as well as custom systems over REST or SOAP. Typically we sync products, stock, pricing, customers and orders, with the direction and frequency agreed per field.
We integrate 2C2P, K-Bank and PaySolution, along with PromptPay and QR payment, bank transfer, card instalment plans and cash on delivery. Which combination you need depends on your buyers, and we will advise based on your catalogue and average order value.
A straightforward Magento 2 store takes a few months. A migration or a build with ERP integration and B2B rules takes longer, because the integration work — not the storefront — is usually the critical path. We agree a phased timeline up front and work in transparent sprints.
Yes. Magento needs ongoing security patches and periodic version upgrades. We offer monitored hosting, maintenance and continued development, and the same team that built the store handles it.
Tell us the catalogue size, the systems it has to talk to and the deadline. You will get a straight answer on whether Magento is the right call — including if it is not.
